Project Manager

Drive the successful delivery of new-build and expansion projects across UK data centres. Coordinate between internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

•Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets.

•Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

•Chair regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership.

•Ensure compliance with client standards, specifications, and EHS requirements.

Requirements

•Strong background in managing M&E or critical infrastructure projects.

•Data centre project experience is essential.

•Familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).

•Effective leadership and communication skills.
