Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – South

Deliver full pre- and post-contract commercial support for data centre projects in the southern UK region. Ensure cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and budget control across multiple ongoing developments.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare cost plans, estimates, and value engineering proposals.

•Manage contract variations, claims, and commercial reporting.

•Support procurement and tender evaluation processes.

•Monitor project costs against budget and identify risk areas.

•Collaborate with project and finance teams to maintain commercial governance.

Requirements

•Chartered (or working towards) Quantity Surveyor preferred.

•Data centre, M&E, or mission-critical experience essential.

•Experience working with NEC or JCT contracts.

•Strong cost reporting and analytical skills.
