Change Control Manager

Manage the change control process for live and upcoming data centre projects, ensuring all proposed changes are evaluated, recorded, communicated, and implemented in line with governance and programme priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the master change register across all projects.

•Facilitate weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.

•Ensure that all change requests are fully assessed for risk, cost, schedule, and impact.

•Act as the point of contact between engineering, delivery, and operations regarding changes.

•Develop change workflows and documentation standards.

Requirements

•Previous experience in large-scale project change management.

•Strong understanding of MEP, critical infrastructure, or data centre delivery environments.

•Excellent communication and process mapping skills.

•Familiar with PMO/ITIL/Change Governance methodologies.
